What happens when I place an order?

After your order is received we will send a confirmation email of your order. If the item is out of stock we will give an anticipated delivery date so that you may cancel the order or re-order another item if you are unwilling to accept the delay in delivery of the original item.

My order is a gift for someone. Can you send orders direct to that person?

Yes. Should you require your order to be sent to a different address, and/or use our gift-wrapping service, then please follow the instructions at checkout, or if you have any other questions, then please contact us either by email at info@giftsandcollectables.co.uk or by telephone on 01557 339222, Monday to Saturday 9.00 a.m to 5.00p.m.

Returns and Refund Policy

We trust you will be delighted with any product purchased on our website.

It is an express condition of sale that the following returns and refund policy is agreed by the buyer.

Any item may be returned for any reason WITHIN 10 DAYS of receipt of order. The item must be undamaged, unused and in the original manufacturer's packaging.

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser after deducting our original postage costs and an administration/restocking fee of £5. Return postage costs will be borne by the customer.

Items returned for replacement due to damage in transit or dispatch errors will not incur any costs and the return postage to us will be refunded.

If you wish to return an item you must:

(1) Notify us within the timescale stated above, explaining your reason for return, either by email at info@giftsandcollectables.co.uk or by telephone on 01557 339222, Monday to Saturday 9.00a.m to 5.00p.m.

(2) Confirm whether you want a refund, replace or to exchange the item.

(3) Parcel the item securely for transit, using the manufacturers original undamaged box.

Once we have received and verified the returned item we will refund, replace or exchange the item.
