We offer free delivery within the United Kingdom, including the
Highlands & Islands.
All orders are currently despatched, 2nd Class, via Royal
Mail, Parcel Force or ANC Carriers.
Delivery to addresses in remote areas of the UK mainland or the
Highlands & Islands may take longer.

Overseas Delivery
Delivery charges will apply on orders shipped out with the
United Kingdom.

VAT/TAX exemption
UK VAT (value added tax) does not apply to

What happens when I place an order?
After your order is received we will send a confirmation email of your order. If the item is out of stock we will give an anticipated delivery date so that you may cancel the order or re-order another item if you are unwilling to accept the delay in delivery of the original item.
My order is a gift for someone. Can
you send orders direct to that person?

Returns and Refund Policy
We trust you will be delighted with any product purchased on our website.
Any item may be returned for any reason, e.g. broken item or dissatisfaction with the product, within 7 working days (excluding public holidays) after the day of receipt of order.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, within 7 days of receipt of return.
Postage costs will be refunded only on items broken in transit and / or despatch errors on orders..
Overseas postage costs will be reimbursed, but restricted to those orders, which have been broken in transit or despatched in error only. Return postage costs for any reason other than the foregoing will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to return an item you must:
(1) Notify us within the timescale stated above, explaining your reason for return, either by email at info@giftsandcollectables.co.uk or by telephone on 01557 339222, Monday to Friday 10.00a.m to 5.00p.m.
(2) Confirm whether you want a refund, replace or to exchange the item.
(3) Parcel the item securely for transit, using the manufacturers original undamaged box.
Once we have received and verified the returned item we will refund, replace or exchange the item.
