FAQ

Q: How long will my item take to arrive?

 A: We ship all of our items via First Class Post which is an estimated 1 day service (incl Saturdays). Please see our Delivery and Returns page to find out specific delivery times.

 

Q: What should I do if i'm not going to be in when the parcel arrives?

A: Don't worry, you can add a different delivery address such as a work one at the checkout stage, or you can leave a message stipulating whether you'd prefer it to be left in your shed or with a neighbor. 

 

Q: What should I do if I want to return an item?

A: If you wish to return your order you must first log into your account and select the orders tab. From there you can explaining your reason for return, by logging into your account and clicking the order number of the item purchased. There you can go to the bottom of the page and click the return button. For full returns and refunds details please see our Delivery and Returns page.

 

Q: Where can I find my account settings?

A: Make sure you are logged in, if not you can Login here. Click on account at the top right hand side of any page and select the account settings tab. If you have not signed up with us please do so at the Sign Up page.

 

Q: I'm having trouble with my payment what should I do?

A: Please go to the Contact Us page to let us know and we'll do all we can to help you.

 

Q: I need to cancel my order, how do I do that?

A: If at any time before before we have despatched your item you need to amend or cancel your order, you can contact us by telephone on 01557 339222 Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm or by sending us a message. If you don't have an account with us please use the Contact form. Once your item is in transit the opportunity to cancel is no longer available and our normal returns procedure is applicable. 

 

Q:I want to set up a wishlist, how does this work?

A: You can put any item from our shop in your own personalised wishlist. Each item has an add to cart button and a wishlist button. When you click the wishlist button you will be taken to your wishlist which is located in your account. From there you can remove items from your wishlist or view your other chosen items.

 

Q: How do I sign up for/unsubscribe from your mailing list?

A: At the bottom right hand side of every page you can subscribe to our mailing list. To unsubscribe please refer to any emails sent by us, there will be an unsubscribe button at the bottom of each email. Alternatively Contact Us and we will see what we can do. 

 

Q: I'd like my item gift wrapped and with a personalised message how do I do this?

A: To add gift wrapping and personalised messages you must view your cart before moving on to the checkout stage. There you can choose your preferred style of paper and add your message. Please see our dedicated Gift Wrapping page to find out all of the options and prices we have available.

 

Q: What are Cookies?

A: Cookies help store certain information on a website to make your browsing experience more enjoyable.
